• Interest form: parent/guardian name, email, phone, player name, division, and any comments.
• Sponsor form: contact name, business name, email, phone, and recognition preferences.
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

We use this information only to respond to you, provide our programs, and communicate organization news you've asked to receive.

Our programs serve youth athletes, but our website is directed to parents, guardians, coaches, and sponsors — not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Player information is provided by a parent or guardian through our forms. If you believe a child has provided us information directly, contact us and we will remove it.

How We Store & Share Information

Form submissions are stored securely through our website host and the tools we use to manage them. We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — for example, Stripe for payments and our form/analytics providers — and only as needed.
